Internet and Phone Banking
Outside these hours and on national public holidays, you can access your account to check your account balance, transfer funds or pay some bills from either Phone or Internet Banking, which are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Lost or stolen cards
Outside of business hours, call the Visa 24-hour hotline on 1800 224 004. You’ll then need to contact us to arrange for a new card to be sent.
If you’re overseas when you lose your card, report it immediately to Visa International. Visit the Visa website for the contact details for each country. Visa can also arrange for an emergency Visa card to be issued to you.
